For those who want un- limited access to the museum, the area’s coolest educational activities and trav- eling exhibits, discounts in the Fly Buy Gift Shop and online at airzoostore.org, program and event pre-sale opportunities, library privileges and more, a membership is definitely the way to go! Individual memberships are only $40/year. Family and Grandparent memberships are just $100 and $120 respectively, and these also include FREE access to more than 1,200 participating ASTC and NARM science centers and museums worldwide.

Imagine launching from this beautiful blue planet to discover new places – like our moon, Mars, Jupiter, and asteroid belt. This new hands-on exhibit uses STEM- based tutorials and state-of-the-art video game technologies to teach you exciting concepts behind space exploration and navigation. Astronauts of all ages will learn basic concepts through digital spaceflight experts and then climb into the simulated pilot’s seat to test their skills as they fly spaceships, pilot landers, and drive rovers across unexplored landscapes.

Did you know that the Air Zoo is a Smithsonian-affiliated institution that houses unique and one of a kind air and spacecraft? Within the Air Zoo’s more than 200,000 square feet of exhibit space, guests travel from around the world to
see unique and rare artifacts such as the world’s only remaining Lockheed-Martin SR-71B Blackbird and Curtis-Wright XP-55 Ascender, as well as the world’s largest hand-painted indoor mural. Guests also enjoy hands-on STEM stations, space artifacts, new Women in Air & Space ex- hibits, inspiring stories of aviation heroes throughout history, a movie theater, and even amusement park style rides (reopen- ing in phases starting the end of June)! Additionally, located in the Air Zoo’s Flight Discovery Center, is a nationally recognized restoration center with a ded- icated staff and volunteer team currently hard at work restoring three incredible aircraft. These aircraft include an FM-2 Wildcat, a Douglas Dauntless SBD-2P dive bomber, and the organization’s new- est acquisition, the first Lockheed F-117 Nighthawk to be on public display in a
