DILL SAUCE
SALMON LOAF
• 2 cans (5 1⁄2 oz each) evaporated milk • 1 1⁄2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
• 1⁄2 cup Italian seasoned dry
• 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
• 1⁄4 cup sour cream
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
• 2 teaspoons fresh chopped or
Ingredients:
• 2 tablespoons salad oil
• 1 cup celery, finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped • 13-14 ounces canned or pouch
breadcrumbs
• 1 teaspoon onion powder • 1 teaspoon salt
• Pepper to taste
1⁄2 teaspoon dried dill
• 1⁄4 teaspoon each onion and garlic

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-inch x 4-inch loaf pan; set aside. In sauté pan, heat oil; add celery and onion and cook until

Instructions: Mix all in a medium bowl, whisking until smooth. Refriger- ate until ready to use.
February is
all about hearts, especially with Valentine’s Day right in the middle of it. Why not do ‘double duty’ and serve an omega- rich meal to cele-
