The August 2nd ballot request is not a tax increase, but is simply asking voters to continue to pay the current millage for the next 10 years. The current millage,
if not renewed, will expire December
31, 2022. The millage amounts to just $24.82 a year for the owner of a home with a $100,000 market value.

CCMCF is a 120-bed skilled nurs- ing care facility that provides both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Staff members strive to provide
a friendly and home-like atmosphere for people recovering from conditions such as stroke and surgery so that they can return home, as well as for people in need of long-term placement, such as those with debilitating illnesses such as Alzheimer’s disease.
The Marian E. Burch Adult Day Care & Rehabilitation Center is a department of CCMCF and offers a variety of activ- ities and day care services. Although currently closed, plans are in place for its reopening.
