AGING WELL SERIES
Aging Well educational programs are free and open to the public. They are held at Kool Family Community Center. A light luncheon is provided at 11:30am followed by the presentation at noon.

Geriatric Evaluation and Management Services (GEMS)
A multi-disciplinary network delivering medical and behavioral health diagnostic services, rehabilitative assessment and therapy and community-based care for older adults experiencing decline in memory and other cognitive function.
Creating Connections Through Art
An opportunity for persons with dementia or a related diagnosis to explore their creative side in a safe environment. Meets Monthly on the 4th Thursday, 2-3:30pm at Kool Center. No cost. Register by calling (269) 441-0957.
Dementia/Memory Support Group
Monthly support, referrals and education for family caregivers. 4th Thursday, 2-3:30pm at the Kool Center.
Respite Care
Caregivers can “Take a Break” from the demands of caregiving and let someone do the caring for a few hours. In-home and out of home options are available. Daytime, Evening and some Saturdays. Grant funded.

Senior Fitness and Fun at Convenient Locations in Calhoun County
Senior Fitness and Fun is a FREE weekly, one-hour health and fitness program funded by the Calhoun County Senior Millage for adults 60 years of age and older. Chair exercises focus on stretching, flexibil- ity, balance and building strength. Our nurse will be available to answer your health questions, provide blood pressure, blood sugar and pulse/ox screenings, and make referrals to community resources.
