Eggs, milk, assorted cheeses, cubed ham, sliced meats, pie crusts, pizza dough, and rotisserie chicken. For the freezer, frozen vegetables, potatoes, and grounds meats all help to create easy meal prep. Oh, and ice cream %u2013 it may not be for the actual meal prep but it does make a great snack!RESTOCKING YOUR PANTRYThe holidays are over and it%u2019s time to start cleaning out old spices, boxes, and jars from your cupboard. If items are close but do not exceed the expiration date, make a bag for donation to a food pantry. Now, it is time for you to think about restocking so cooking will be much easier with some staples. These are some of my recommendation.Baking Supplies:Besides the basic salt and black pepper, your collection of spices should include the following: onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, basil, oregano, Italian seasoning, parsley, and dill. You can definitely add to the list but these spices cover most of your needs. If you want to save a little money, you can buy a pumpkin pie spice blend, for example, so you don%u2019t have to purchase each spice individually.Always purchase the smallest amount you will use so it doesn%u2019t get old.Oils/Sauces:Catsup, mustard, soy sauce, mayonnaise, brown or grain mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salad dressing (like Miracle Whip), several salad dressings of choice, barbecue sauce, olive oil, vegetable oil, pan spray, and pan spray with flour (like Pam).Dry Goods:Elbow pasta and spaghetti noodles, egg noodles (medium or wide), rice
